Wow! A live action adaptation of Kimi Ni Todoke will come to theatres this September 2010 (in Japan). I wish I could watch it there also. I’m looking forward on their team up as Kazehaya and Sawako coz’ they kinda look good together. ^^,

The February 2010 issue of Bessatsu Margaret (released in January 2010), announced that a live-action film adaptation of the series has been green-lit, with more information coming in the March issue of the magazine, along with a message from the author about the news. Mikako Tabe and Haruma Miura are set to star in the film, which is to be released in Japanese theatres on September 25, 2010 and will be directed by Naoto Kumazawa.

I hope she still acts like Sawako from the ring when they film this, that made me laugh a lot. In this photo she looks too darn cheerful and bright to be mistaken for Sadako ._.
