Activity #1 (April 23, 2012)

Read chapter 4 pages 145 – 151 of the textbook “The Essentials of Computer Organization and Architecture” or go to the library and read about the CPU and how it works. Topics covered are Registers, ALU (Arithmetic and Logic Unit), Control Unit, and Buses. Compose a reaction paper explaining what you have learned about how the CPU works and submit it in a 1 whole sheet of yellow paper on or before 5PM in my dropbox (faculty office).

The reaction paper should be more than 200 words.
